1. Weighted criteria
Every rating is an aggregate out of 10 from weighted criteria: Licensing & regulation (20%), Ownership transparency (10%), Withdrawal reliability (15%), Payment speed (10%), Terms fairness (10%), Customer support (5%), Responsible gambling (5%), Security (5%), Player reputation (10%), Complaint-resolution history (10%).
2. Admin-adjustable weights
Administrators can adjust the scoring weights. Every rating change is logged in a full audit trail.
3. Sponsored placement
Sponsored placement never automatically increases a safety score or review rating. Sponsored operators are clearly labeled.
4. License verification
A license is not displayed as verified until an administrator confirms it against the issuing authority.
5. Corrections
We maintain a corrections policy. If you find an error, contact Support and we will review and correct it promptly.
